THE NEW WAVE OF FITNESS!
Our Obstacle Fitness Classes are high intensity outdoor workouts unlike any gym workout you’ve done before! Your entire body will be challenged 3 times a week! We incorporate a mixture of strength, cardiovascular, and obstacle training to push you to new fitness levels and a better version of you!
When you start the classes, we will take an initial assessment test to see where you are at and build you up from there on out. Within 3 months, we encourage you to do a mud run or obstacle event to demonstrate all that you have accomplished!
When you join our MOF-ia classes, you not only start a journey to a better you, but also receive:

- Access to the gym during open gym hours!
Training Days and Time
Pick three classes to attend each week! You can switch to a different time as needed to fit your schedule!
Monday – 5:30am , 10:00am, 6:00pm, 7:00pm
Tuesday – 7:00am (Sign-up only)
Wednesday – 5:30am , 10:00am, 6:00pm, 7:00pm
Thursday – 7:00am (Sign-up only), 6:00pm
Friday – 5:30am , 10:00am, 6:00pm, 7:00pm
Saturday – 10:00am (make up day)
We have a few options available for our Obstacle Fitness Classes:
Single Month- $120/month
Three Month Package- $100/month*
1 year Package- $96/month*
*One time purchase. All additional months will return to single month price.
We recommend a minimum of 12 weeks or longer for your best fitness results!
