MYLO Obstacle Fitness is Austin’s only Outdoor Obstacle Course Gym. We are located on 75 acres of land with 24 outdoor obstacles and more being added. We also have a creek, trails to run, free weights and hills for cardio. MYLO Obstacle Fitness offers training for mud runs, obstacle course races, military boot camp and the new wave of fitness Obstacle Fitness. Obstacle Fitness improves your overall health by increasing strength, cardio, agility, endurance and most of all mental discipline.

We make people realize they can do so much more than what they think they can do. The way we do this is by challenging you, pushing your limits and getting you out of your comfort zone. We just happen to also be an accomplishment center that’s a gym. We are MYLO Obstacle Fitness.

Free Trail Running!

Come join the MOFia each Thursday for a group trail run! This run is for free as long as you have an MOF T-shirt. Don’t have one yet? Don’t worry! We will be selling them at each run! From beginners to hard core competitors, everyone is welcome to join! Every week we will choose a different place in Austin, TX to run. Check out our facebook page for weekly updates. The Start of Obstacle Course Racing Off Season is finally here!! Now is the best time to train for the 2016 season! Our Obstacle Fitness classes are perfect for training or if you are wanting to stay in shape! First class is always free. We offer the following classes:

  • 2:00PM, 4:30PM: Tue and Thur
  • 6:00PM: Mon, Wed, and Thur

The Mryidon Challenge is our ultimate mental and physical test where we push you for 12 hours. This will be one of the hardest events you have ever done. Stop telling people how badass you are and prove it! Only 4 people have completed it to date.
