Team Challenge! – Click here to check out details!
The Team Challenge is back! What is the Team Challenge you might ask? Its one of the best motivating group workouts we have. We set goals and help each other reach them. Your training will focus on three categories: strength training, running, and obstacles. Every workout is different, challenging and fun! You will learn how to do each of our obstacles on our 10 acre course. So be prepared to get down and dirty!
What is the challenge about?
We split everyone who signs up into groups of 5. Who ever improves the most after 3 months will get half of their money back! We figure the best way to motivate people is through money.
